The Blind Pig Parlour Bar

"First impression visit on a saturday night. Located in a building along with a restaurant called Chido Padres. The is no blind pig sign. Find the doors on the side of Chido Padres with a picture of two animals on the door windows. (Check pictures) Free parking lot! We got two drinks: Silent Night Margarita and Hung by the Fireside. Our total was $71.60 with tax for 4 drinks. Each drink was about $16. Pros Loved the decor and the drinks were great! Not too much juice and just enough alcohol. Cons $16 a drink can rack up pretty quickly if you're a heavy drinker. Would I Recommend: Yes! Based on the drinks I would definitely recommend this place. Great service and great drinks with free parking!"

"The Christmas popup was a truly festive experience. The space was beautifully decorated, with holiday touches that made it feel magical and cozy. The drinks were creative and delicious, each one thoughtfully crafted to match the seasonal vibe. The only downside was the limited food menu. Out of the small selection, three items included bacon, and unfortunately, the two dishes we asked about couldn’t be modified to remove it. While my fritters were tasty and satisfying, the sweet potato flatbread wasn’t my favorite. Overall, this popup is worth visiting for the atmosphere and drinks alone, but I’d love to see a more flexible and varied food menu in the future."

"I cannot compliment the service of The Blind Pig enough. We booked this space for an event and I honestly do not think it could’ve gone any better. Nychel, Darius, Noah, & Thomas were absolutely excellent and my guests all complimented the top tier service. My communication with management, Alyssa & Justin, was always so prompt, helpful, & consistent. The atmosphere was beautiful. The theme was The Pink Piggy Saloon at the time of the event and the decor was beautiful and so creative. We definitely had so much fun dressing up to match the theme. The food was absolutely DELICIOUS! The birria and consume was a crowd favorite. Plates were cleared! I would definitely return for a regular night out or even for a future event! 💖"
