"I had a fantastic experience with Hotter Water when they installed my new hot water heater. Jacob and Nolan were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. Their communication was excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way, and I truly appreciated their transparency throughout the process. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and I felt like I was in great hands the entire time. Jacob even spoke with my warranty company which helped me get some financial contribution towards the replacement. Everything was installed perfectly, and they took the time to walk me through the new install upon completion. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future. Highly recommend Hotter Water for any plumbing needs!"
