"Love the ease of this grocery store. It is tad expensive, but it seems to make the best sandwiches and has higharks for customer service and interactions. It's a leader in fresh seafood as well with a wide range of international products. The best discounts are with the Publix Savings card."

"Wonderful experience with Marissa and Kim at the sub line! I usually have an iffy experience with this area of the store because I’m plant based, but Kim was amazing. She went and got the items with no attitude and was amazing to me. Both her and Marissa navigated a line of 12+ people with ease. They were savvy with customer service, efficiency and created a welcoming environment. While waiting they communicated that they’d be right with us. I say give them a raise!! Usually people are mean to me and discriminatory in the sub lines at Publix because of me being plant based. That was the opposite of my experience. They told me they wanted me to have the best experience and an amazing sandwich because they believed in giving quality to everything they did. And guess what?? THATS EXACTLY WHAT THEY DID. They were amazing to come to after a long day of work and about a couple hours of hunger."

"I frequent Publix for meats and bogos. The assistant manager in the meat department, his name is Chris, he was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable in all questions that I asked. He even went above and beyond in calling me the next day when the meat I wanted was available. The store is improving as far as customer service and quality. Still could be better though!"
